As the annual climax of our innovation processes, we take the entire sepago team on retreat. The best ideas are presented, developed, checked out, and evaluated. The consultants from the Consulting & Services business area inject their experience and the requirements of large customers. The experts from Research & Development connect these to the visions and challenges of our development partners. As the INNO Days draw to a close, concrete product proposals are handed over to Research & Development. These may result in a new product which, like the Citrix User Profile Manager, solves the challenges of our development partners
